“New Orleans Architecture Tour”

I’m just finishing up a whirlwind cooking and hunting excursion in the Delta and Gulf region. My first stop was New Orleans where they have architecture unlike anything I’ve ever seen in this country. My friend, for example, lived in this converted “corner store,” which has the air of… candy shop meets loft space. It was awfully fun to cook and hang out in. I’ve decided I want to live in a corner store. I just have to find one now… actually I have to stay in one place for more than three days so I can live in it too, don’t I…?

And to see some more beautiful New Orleans architecture, visit this holiday sparkle post.

  1. Nice photos! Looks a lot warmer there than here in the Northeast.
