We have found that simply just taking the time to write these things down and having them in print, rather than on a screen has really made a huge difference for us. It has brought a new sense of accountability and personal responsibility. It is also great for keeping a record of what causes some slips into bad habits and to see growth over time.

It is a good idea to punch holes and add them to a binder, at the end of each day. This way you can keep them all in one place for your personal review and reflections. We recommend printing them off on the front and backside so that you can be as resourceful as possible.
