An Evening With Food Heroes

I want to tell you about an event next week that you’ll love. It’s called “An Evening With Food Heroes.”

I’ve been planning it with Eventbrite all Summer and the time is finally here.

It’s a chance for you to meet some of the most delectable culinary artisans in the Bay Area, all in one place, on one night, in one cozy place called Terroir. And there will be wine flowing, plenty of it, red and white and artisan too.

Charles Chocolates will be there with whiskey chocolates, and Frog Hollow Farm will be there with the best fruit in the country, and wood fired pizza from Pizza Politana, and CMB Sweets, and, Clarine’s Florentines, and Oren’s Kitchen, and Four Barrel Coffee, and Paul Bertolli’s hand crafted salumi from Fra’Mani , and Straus Family Creamery…

And the best part? The proceeds from the event go to the Alice Waters’ Edible School Yard project in Oakland.

And I’ll be there, to say hi and to scribble my signature on books.
