    I do this with garlic salt. Shake a bunch of it on just before putting on the meat and then closing it up. If nothing else, the aroma in the yard makes everyone hungry!

      I have a bad habit of dropping my cigarette butts in the grill while I’m cooking! Your method looks much yummier.

      It’s a learning curve but the flavor is delish.
