Prosecco is Italian sparkling wine, made from the Glera grape.\u00a0 I think of Prosecco as the sparkling wine work-horse.\u00a0 Having a huge party?\u00a0 Prosecco.\u00a0 Weeknight bubble fix? There are 8 different types of Cremant, each one named from the region where it\u2019s made.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I like this <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.totalwine.com\/wine\/champagne-sparkling-wine\/sparkling-wine\/rose\/albrecht-cremant-sparkling-brut-rose-tradition\/p\/15866750?s=514&amp;igrules=true\"><b>Albrecht Cremant Sparkling Brut Rose Tradition<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Cava is another favorite. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is Spain\u2019s answer to champagne. It\u2019s made in the same way, but they use totally different grapes from a very different climate, so it has a slightly different flavor profile than champagne. A bit more lemon and citrus, but that same toasty note you get from champagne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I like<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.totalwine.com\/wine\/champagne-sparkling-wine\/cava\/brut\/rondel-brut-cava\/p\/60170750?s=514&amp;igrules=true\"><b> Rondel Brut Cava<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Sparkling Wine from the USA<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sparkling wine is made all over the world.\u00a0 So, of course we have some excellent bubbles right here in the US!\u00a0 Look for \u201cmethode champenoise\u201d or \u201ctraditional method\u201d on the label if you want to get a bottle that\u2019s closest in style and flavor to champagne.
