In a bowl combine the goat with the garlic, brown sugar, cumin, tequila, olive oil, and salt. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Heat a skillet on high heat and add the grape seed oil. Sear the goat meat quickly in the pan for about 3 minutes, turning regularly in the pan. They should be browned but still pink on the inside.
Place several tablespoons of meat in a tortilla and garnish with your desired toppings.
