“Chamomile Tea”

Ingredients

  • 1 bouquet of chamomile leaves
  • hot water

Instructions

  • Hang the bouquet upside down by a thread until dry and brittle.
  • Snip off the buds and place 1 tablespoon of buds into a small square of cheesecloth. Tie it up.
  • Steep in hot water for 3 minutes.
