“Pumpkin Spice Smoothie”

Ingredients

  • 3 Dates
  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • Handful of almonds or walnuts
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds, until creamy and smooth. Serve up and enjoy immediately!
