I’m making a Chai Infused Bourbon Cocktail using Wolcott Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Total Wine!


Chai Infused Bourbon Cocktail

Servings: 2 people


  • 1 1/2 cups Wolcott Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • 2 chai tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose chai tea
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus mint sprigs, for garnish
  • 5 ice cubes


  • Combine bourbon and tea bags in a 1-quart mason jar. Let steep 15 minutes. Discard tea bags (or strain mixture, if using loose tea, and return infused bourbon to jar).
  • Add lemon zest, sugar, and mint leaves to jar. Add at least 5 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker along with 4 oz of the bourbon mixture and shake it well.
  • Strain into two coup glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.


Makes 2 cocktails, the remaining infused bourbon can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
