Spring turkey season is almost upon us and with that comes the next “Girl Hunter Weekend” adventure this April. Join me and some other wonderful ladies for a grand ‘ol time.
I love turkey hunting. Some say that if their sense of smell were as acute as their sight or hearing, we would never be able to catch them. They are the ultimate test for a hunter. They teach you things—that the hunt itself is the great thing, not the amount of game you take home. There are many times when you leave the woods empty handed, and all you can do is salute an ol’ gobbler for outsmarting you.

The When & The Where:
The girl bonding adventure will take place on April 12-14, 2013 at the beautiful Springbank Plantation at Barnsley Gardens in Adairsville, Georgia
The Weekend Includes:
- 3 days and 2 nights accommodations in luxury single occupancy king suite cabins with claw foot bathtubs and wood burning fireplaces
- Tasty chef-prepared meals from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon
- Wild turkey hunting with a professional guide**
- Clay Shooting on a world-class sporting clays course
- 2-hours of fly fishing instruction with a guide

- 12 miles of hiking trails and lawn games
**Please note that to turkey hunt you will need to wear camouflage attire. Also note that because of the truly authentic experience of wild turkey hunting, harvest for each person is not guaranteed.
