With Labor Day almost here, I thought I’d share some of my favorite grilling gear with you. These are my go-to meats, sauces, rubs, and gear for many occasions.

If you haven’t laid your eyes on this Exotic Burger Collection, it is quite spectacular: Wagyu beef, venison, elk, lamb and bison. And I’m giving away $125 worth of it to a winner to be announced in 2 days, so enter soon!

Wild Boar Sampler from Fossil Farms

Wild boar > pork

Wild boar may look and oink like a pig, but it’s way different from the regular pork you can get at the grocery store. It’s much leaner and much richer. That’s because a wild boar is like a mini athlete—it’s always running around and building a lot of muscle. Sneak it into your next barbecue and your friends will never look at pork the same again. Make some wild boar burgers, garlic-boar sausages or, my favorite, wild boar meatballs. Go hog wild!

EcoQue Portable Grill

I love grilling; I just don’t love the mess that goes with it. So whenever I plan a small Girl Hunter weekend with my friends, I bring my EcoQue grill.

It’s ultra portable but big enough to barbecue for four people, and it’s way better for the environment. It uses 75% less fuel than most other charcoal grills. This grill just needs nine briquettes to get to work or you can even get by with some sticks, twigs, wood chunks–whatever.

Just set up the grill (that takes less than 60 seconds), line it (this makes cleanup a whole lot easier) and start a fire. You’ll be enjoying yourself in no time. All you need is a few girls, a few guns and a whole lot of butter.

Multi-Use Grilling Rack

So you want to barbecue, plank grill, roast and bake…all on your gas grill? Let’s do it.

Barbecue: The wired base lets you grill like normal except your food won’t slip through the grates.

Plank Grill: Slide a plank through the center and place a piece of salmon on top. When it’s cooked, you’ll get a smoky flavor that you just can’t get from regular grilling.

Roast: Slide the pan in and roast veggies or chicken just like you do in the oven.

Bake: I know baking and grilling doesn’t usually go hand in hand but trust me. Slide the wire basket on top and you’ve got somewhere to bake pizza crusts and muffins while you’re roasting corn on the side.

3 Piece Wooden BBQ Set by Man Law or if you prefer 3 Piece Steel BBQ Set by Man Law

There’s nothing like meat cooked over an open grill. You just can’t get that same smoky, juicy flavor in a regular kitchen. And when I go outdoors to start up my grill, I make sure to have these barbecue tools on hand. They’re not flimsy like some other tools out there. They’re made of heavy-duty metal and wood so they’re really solid. Best of all, I’ve got a second purpose for the spatula–it doubles as a great bottle opener. Cool, right?

Jake’s Grillin BBQ Sauce & Rubs

Years ago, cowboys herding their cattle going across the west would make up a pot of coffee. Back in those days you wasted nothing, even the coffee grounds. Well the cowboys found a use for the coffee grounds. After a hard days work, they sat around eating beef on the open camp fire. They would take the coffee grounds along with some salt and rub the beef with it.

This BBQ sauce is killer.

Have a wonderful Labor Day my friends!

It’s quite delicious, better than pretty much any other meat in my opinion.
