Today I conclude my recipe testing. At least the recipe testing for my book. It has been a long windy journey, full of twists and turns.
Full of pretty, tasty things…
Full of ugly, horrid things…
Full of strange happenings…
Full of outright kitchen drama…
Nevertheless, I have survived, with only a shard of glass in my foot as a battle wound, and the near fatal loss of a pork loin. And I think I have a cadre of very tasty recipes to share. So yay. Today is the day that this long, wild journey ends. And I am happy to say that I have made it safely to the other side. A better more humorous cook as a result.
