How to Debone a Bird

I have been taking requests from you over the past months on what kind of cooking and modern pioneering tutorials you’d like to see on this site.     You make that look easy, Georgia! I’ve seen other demonstrations that practically involve running a knife along every piece of muscle to release it, but your technique strikes me as more elegant. I’m def gonna invest in a good boning knife now.

    I especially liked the removal of the wish-bone you do. I am not a de-boning specialist by any means but enjoy doing them now and then. I like to leave the wing and leg bones since I just grill or oven bake after applying my Piri Piri marinade. Smells up the house most wonderfully if done indoors.

    Its a skill sadly lacking these days for most people, professional chefs included, you made it look pretty easy.
